Actually, if you search posts in the forum here, you will see most of your answers. There are between 5 to 7 pieces available now and may either be used to get married or open a door in a Kama Cave quest. But, no one has posted a definitive answer yet.
At the IGG site forum you can search Ocean Pieces also and see their locations but, until a use is found, that should be low priority as all they will do is take up inventory space.
